Haven’s Field Service Technician, Scott Jaynes, is located in the Indianapolis, IN area. The centrally located Indianapolis location will allow for quicker response time and a lower travel expense to the customer. Scott’s appointment is in response to the growing number of customers that purchase new Haven and Soco equipment. His primary responsibility will be Haven’s new customer accounts in the upper Midwest, as well as existing customers, providing quick and reliable service. Scott has spent a majority of his career in the injection molding industry, maintaining a wide variety of process equipment applications. The breadth and depth of his electro-mechanical experience will greatly enhance the service expertise coming from Haven’s Georgia headquarters.
