In this opportunity, Haven integrated several process elements that are robust and reliable to allow a much simpler approach. An intricate, but yet flexible solution was developed to handle and move various tubular sizes to collection racks in a non-stop flow without interrupting the production process. Uninterrupted run time is always the goal and Haven takes pride in designing and building equipment that gives our customers the highest efficiency possible.
Results: The line consists of Haven’s automated stacking/packaging machine with an automatic exchange conveyor, integrated with a SOCO bundle loader, saw cut-off, and brush machine.
